🐾 Buyer Responsibilities

• Payment: Buyer is responsible for full payment of adoption fee and all shipping/transport costs.
• Supervision: Puppy must not be left outdoors unattended; secure, supervised environments required at all times.
• Humane Care: Buyer commits to providing quality food, water, shelter, training, socialization, and veterinary care.
• Liability: Buyer assumes full responsibility for any future behavior, damages, or injuries caused by the dog.
• Monitoring: Breeder reserves the right to contact Buyer for welfare check-ins and updates.

🛡️ Seller Guarantees

• Health & Registration: Puppy is guaranteed healthy at time of placement; AKC registration paperwork provided.
• Temperament: Puppy is socialized and exhibits stable, age-appropriate temperament at time of sale.
• Health Records: Complete vaccination, deworming, and veterinary health certificate included.

🩺 Examination & Refund Terms

• Vet Exam Required: Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
• Health Refund: If a vet confirms a pre-existing health issue caused by the breeder, Buyer may return puppy for a full refund; seller covers return shipping.
• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If Buyer is unsatisfied or experiences bonding difficulties within 30 days, puppy may be returned for a full refund (in original health condition).

🔄 Rehoming & Transfer Rules

• First Right of Refusal: If Buyer can no longer keep the dog, Cane Corso Empire must be contacted first for rehoming assistance or return.
• Transfer Approval: Any transfer to a third party requires prior written approval from the breeder.
• Prohibited Facilities: Dog may not be sold, traded, or surrendered to pet stores, shelters, research facilities, or commercial breeding operations.
